Wayne Brown was born, raised and has resided in the Eugene/Springfield area his entire life. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and is an avid Duck Fan. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Wayne was in business management for over 15 years.
Wayne enjoys spending time with his 3 children whether it is their sporting events or just hanging out watching a movie and relaxing. He also enjoys, camping, fishing, hunting and the great outdoors.

Barb is Wayne’s Transaction Coordinator. She has been in the Real Estate business for over 11 years. She is the mother of two boys and loves spending time with them. Barb loves the outdoors and loves to take her children on camping trips. She also loves Duck football, Disneyland, hiking, skiing and watching her two boys at their sporting events.
Barb specializes in making sure all the details are taken care of, from escrow being opened to closing and everything in between. Her experience and expertise with Real Estate transactions will ensure that you get the service that you deserve.
Trenda is Wayne’s Marketing and Design coordinator. She has over 10 years of experience and implements magazine advertisements, direct mailing, post card campaigns, special publications, designs and prints flyers. She is a very detailed oriented person to the point of settling for nothing less than perfection.
Trenda is the proud mother of three children and although 2 of the 3 are out on their own, she continues to play a big role in their lives. She also has two grandchildren that she loves to have over. Trenda loves to ski, camp and most outdoor activities. She is dedicated to serving all Wayne’s Marketing needs with her exceptional service.
